 Jack D. Smith and Amanda Bowen, who were both arrested in connection to a fire that killed 8-year-old Trinity Maynard, 42-year-old Tina Goble, and 47-year-old Cainie Johnson in Martin County, KY, were indicted Thursday, August 21.
