Charleston, W. Va. - Charleston Police say another shooting event occurred on Saturday, August 21, 2016. Detectives say Tevin Mells, 25, of Charleston, is suspected of firing shots near 1311 Renaissance Circle. No one was hurt as a result of the incident. Detectives say Mells was arrested and charged for being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm. Mells is currently being held in the South Central Regional Jail. According to the jail's website his bond is set at $250.00.
